Boyer Planning obtained planning permission for the relocation of two existing surgeries into a new three storey Primary Care Centre in Harlescott, Shrewsbury. The site was outside the area allocated for development but permission was justified by an assessment of alternative sites within the built-up area and the local need for healthcare facilities.
