Working on behalf of Millgate Homes, this development comprised ten cottage-style properties and seven apartments, built on the site of a former builder's yard in Warfield, Berkshire. The site was identified by Romans Land and Development as a site with development potential.
Sale of the site to Millgate Homes was arranged, and Millgate then appointed Boyer Planning (along with Head Projects, also part of the Romans Group), to prepare, submit and process a detailed planning application.
