Client: Linden Homes South East Limited
Acting on behalf of Linden Homes South East Limited, Boyer Planning became involved in the redevelopment of a former gas works in Teddington. The development, which adjoins Bushy Park (a Grade I listed Royal Park), was for 200 one and two bedroom apartments including affordable housing, offices, a nursing home and crèche. We obtained planning consent for the proposals (designed by John Thompson and Partners), and were also successful at appeal in reducing the education contributions associated with the development.
