Whilst provision for community facilities is an increasingly common requirement in mixed use schemes, Boyer Planning offers an established expertise in the detailed planning requirements of education, church and community related projects.

Typically we work with the client and the professional team in developing the brief, generating and reviewing the design, project managing the planning application and handling negotiations with the local authority.
