Tender Success - Gosport

Boyer Planning has won a tender to provide planning consultancy services in connection with Phase 2 of the Rowner Renewal project in Gosport. The project is a £140million regeneration of an estate of former MOD housing and is being carried out by a consortium comprising Taylor Wimpey, The Homes and Communities Agency and Portsmouth Housing Association. Phase 2 involves the redevelopment of a dilapidated 1960's barracks building and its replacement with 700 new homes (37% affordable), a Tesco supermarket and other shops, community facilities and amenity space.
