Boyer Planning has acted for Runnymede Borough Council in a long-running and complex enforcement case involving the unauthorised use of land and buildings in the Green Belt for a variety of commercial uses and the erection of the related structures. Following a lengthy Public Inquiry involving seven appeals at which David Lander, Managing Director of Boyer Planning, gave the evidence for the Borough Council, a conclusive decision has been issued in the Council's favour, together with a significant award of costs.
