On behalf of Bloor Homes, Boyer Planning has received planning permission from East Devon District Council for a total of 40 dwellings with associated landscaping and amenity space. The site has been the subject of discussions with the East Devon District Council for a number of years. We led a consultant team working for Bloor Homes which has provided a scheme that was referred to by the planning officers as an excellent development for the site and was considered to be well-designed and respected the character of the area.
