Stratford upon Avon Cattle Market

Boyer Planning has submitted a full planning application on behalf of Redrow Homes (Midlands) Ltd at the Former Cattle Market Site, Station Road, Stratford-upon-Avon. This application proposes 132 residential units, 762 sq.m. commercial office space and 58 sq.m. of retail space on this “Gateway to Stratford” site.

The development will provide parking for the rail station, bus stops, a taxi rank, and “kiss-and-drop” area. This submission has been the subject of extensive pre-application consultation with officers at Stratford-on-Avon District Council and other stakeholders including the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE), Network Rail and London Midland over many months. Furthermore, a Community Exhibition was held.
