Working with many national and regional house builders, as well as for other providers such as housing associations, Boyer Planning has established a strong reputation in the residential sector during the last 20 years.

Our expertise covers everything from single plots to major developments and new settlements. We advise on scheme design, prepare and project manage planning applications, negotiate with local authorities and provide evidence at public inquiries. We also carry out housing studies for public and private sector bodies, and represent individuals, local authorities and residents' groups on a range of housing work.
