Appraisal
Understanding the opportunities and constraints
affecting individual sites and premises is fundamental to
delivering a successful scheme. Wherever possible we encourage
our clients to commission such a review at the outset of their
project. We offer a comprehensive site appraisal service,
varying from a preliminary desk-top analysis to a detailed
assessment based on site inspection, policy analysis and discussions
with local authority officers.

Impact Assessment
With the broadening scope of environmental
legislation, the range of projects which require formal assessment
under the Town and Country Planning (Assessment of Environment
Effects) Regulations is increasing. We have amassed considerable
