All our staff have extensive town planning experience, and are drawn from both the public and private sectors - including the house building industry as well as consultancy.

Our Wokingham based team has an excellent understanding of planning issues in Central and Southern England, with particular expertise in site promotion, strategic planning, planning applications, appeals and public inquiries, and enforcement.

The team at Twickenham has been involved with many major residential-led, mixed-use, leisure and retail development projects in London and Surrey.

The team in Cardiff carry out a wide range of work in Wales, principally South Wales, and are leading a number of major strategic housing and mixed use schemes in the West of England.

The team based in Colchester operate principally in the East of England with a client base that includes housebuilders, retail operators, health providers and renewable energy schemes.

David Hall Dip TP, MRTPI Associate Director

With over 30 years' planning experience in the public and private sectors, including 12 years running his own consultancy business, David has worked for a number of local authorities across the South of England. David has appeared at local planning and s78 appeal inquiries, and has an extensive, in depth knowledge of Development Control, Policy and Waste Management, particularly in the Thames Valley region.
