All our staff have extensive town planning experience, and are drawn from both the public and private sectors - including the house building industry as well as consultancy.

Our Wokingham based team has an excellent understanding of planning issues in Central and Southern England, with particular expertise in site promotion, strategic planning, planning applications, appeals and public inquiries, and enforcement.

The team at Twickenham has been involved with many major residential-led, mixed-use, leisure and retail development projects in London and Surrey.

The team in Cardiff carry out a wide range of work in Wales, principally South Wales, and are leading a number of major strategic housing and mixed use schemes in the West of England.

The team based in Colchester operate principally in the East of England with a client base that includes housebuilders, retail operators, health providers and renewable energy schemes.

Matthew Clarke BA (Hons), MA, MRTPI Associate

Matthew holds an MA in Town Planning and is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Matthew worked for several local authorities, gaining experience of development control, planning policy and economic development, before joining Boyer Planning in 2003. Matthew's work is based mainly in East and South East England, covering a broad range of residential and commercial schemes, including renewable energy projects.
