All our staff have extensive town planning experience, and are drawn from both the public and private sectors - including the house building industry as well as consultancy.

Our Wokingham based team has an excellent understanding of planning issues in Central and Southern England, with particular expertise in site promotion, strategic planning, planning applications, appeals and public inquiries, and enforcement.

The team at Twickenham has been involved with many major residential-led, mixed-use, leisure and retail development projects in London and Surrey.

The team in Cardiff carry out a wide range of work in Wales, principally South Wales, and are leading a number of major strategic housing and mixed use schemes in the West of England.

The team based in Colchester operate principally in the East of England with a client base that includes housebuilders, retail operators, health providers and renewable energy schemes.

Owen Jones BA (Hons), Dip TP, MSc, MRTPI Director

Owen is a Chartered Town Planner and a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (elected 1998) - he also holds a BA (Hons) and Post Graduate Diploma in Town Planning and an MSc in Residential Development. Owen joined Boyer Planning in 2001, and was appointed Associate Director at the company's Cardiff offi ce in 2007. Owen's case load covers a wide range of clients in South Wales, the South of England and the Midlands.
