How Boyer supports the APC Process

Boyer is committed to helping you reach your potential. We support our staff in achieving their ambitions and provide a varied and dynamic work environment, including personalised development plans, training and mentoring.

For those eligible for the RTPI’s Assessments of Professional Competence (APC) we support them through a structured process of work-based learning to enable them to demonstrate the relevant experience and competencies to meet the high standards required for Chartered membership. Boyer offers a comprehensive development programme for each candidate. This provides an excellent environment to help you through every stage of the APC process.

As part of this package, we have a dedicated APC support panel to provide a peer network and internal support within each of our offices. In addition, we offer you a mentor throughout the process who will oversee your work and provide support as well as feedback in order to help you progress towards submission.

As well as this internal support, candidates are encouraged to attend dedicated APC seminars and workshops run by the RTPI.

In addition, Boyer also supports employees’ progression to achieve their RICS and RIBA accreditations.
