Working closely with our clients Barratt David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties, Boyer’s Design team in Wokingham have successfully helped secure Reserved Matters Approval for a mixed use scheme of 650 units in Cringleford. The scheme received approval under delegated powers and sets a record for the team to have helped secure consent under delegated powers on a scheme of this size and over a period of 10 months since we came on-board this project.

The approved detailed masterplan will create a distinctive new place built on the principles of good permeability, legibility and wayfinding. Character areas and key spaces have been conceived, developed and detailed in consultation with the Local planning authority and in compliance with the approved Design Code. Various scale and hierarchy of streets and landscape spaces were designed with the consultant team to ensure a landscape led response from a wider strategy to design detail.
