Boyer has secured Reserved Matters consent on behalf of Bloor Homes for the first phase of residential development at the former Blue Mountain Golf Club, Binfield, Bracknell.

This first phase comprises 74 dwellings (including affordable housing), landscaping and strategic links to the village, school, open space and Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG).

The wider development (which gained outline planning permission in June 2016) will include 400 new homes, a 2,000 pupil all-through School, a community building, sports provision and 13 hectares of SANG.

The decision represents many years of work by Boyer; from site promotion and gaining an allocation in the previous Local Plan to gaining outline planning permission and now this first reserved matters consent. This site also highlights Boyer’s links with the Romans Leaders Group as Romans Land were responsible for the original sale of the site.

Boyer are now working with Bloor Homes to deliver the next phase of development on the site.

Boyer are also working with Linden Homes to deliver development on another area of the site.
