Mixed use regeneration - transformation through new intervention

The high density development on Bath Road is located to the west of Gravesend Town Centre, on the site of the Former Gravesend and North Kent Hospital.

This landmark development provides a varied mix of one, two, three bed and duplex flats with a communal landscaped podium and stepped private terraces. Shops on the ground floor add to the life and activity on the street.

The design of the apartment blocks features locally inspired materials, “bolder” design of corners, contrasting treatment to ground floor level, cores expressed with contrasting material and balconies and outdoor areas to all living rooms. A landscaped podium acts as the central point and provides for community space and leisure use.
