Boyer was engaged by St James Group to advise on the residential-led redevelopment of the Marks & Spencer warehouse site within White City. This existing development will help to drive the transformation of the designated White City Opportunity Area. Boyer secured planning permission for the extensive redevelopment of the 4.28 hectare site incorporating a number of new tall buildings ranging from 11-30 storeys in height to provide up to 1,465 new homes as well as a mix of new commercial space including retail, office and community uses and new publicly accessible open space.
Boyer are advising Berkeley Homes on the development of Phase 10 at Woodhurst Park.
Boyer secured full planning permission for the change of use of an existing agricultural barn to form a three bedroom detached home in Warfield on behalf of Brookstone Ltd.
