Boyer successfully negotiated full planning permission for a new garden centre to provide a permanent home for the family’s established ‘pop-up’ plant sales business, including a 425 sq m building and 515 sq m outdoor sales area.

Boyer led the project management and planning negotiations for the development including the preparation of a Retail Sequential Test and Flood Sequential Test.

Boyer also led on the S106 negotiations to secure planning permission.
