Boyer was appointed by Taylor Wimpey to advise on the residential-led redevelopment of a former coach depot in Brixton, Lambeth.

Lambeth’s Planning Applications Committee voted unanimously in favour of the development providing 71 new homes and over 1,000 sqm of new commercial floorspace. Members commended the scheme, noting the exciting new commercial opportunity on offer, enabling access to 8 no. currently inaccessible double height railway arches by virtue of a new landscaped pedestrian and vehicular access route through the site. It was also noted the scheme will provide much needed high quality new homes to this part of Brixton, as well as over 450sqm of shared landscaped amenity space for future residents.
