Boyer’s Colchester office has successfully achieved an exciting new planning permission from Chelmsford City Council. The application was submitted for a Glasshouse to be built within the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) garden at Hyde Hall, Chelmsford. This will be part of their new Global Growth Garden housing a variety of different plant species.
The Hartley Botanic Glasshouse will add a further dimension to the current garden and facilities at Hyde Hall by creating a specific environment for tender crop plants to be grown for educational and demonstration purposes.
This is one of the many new development additions to the Hyde Hall site of which Boyer has secured planning permission for along with a new learning centre, restaurant, activity barn and infrastructure works. Boyer has worked closely with the RHS over recent years to develop the Hyde Hall site to ensure the best possible experience is had.
The RHS will be continuing to alter and improve the Hyde Hall site for the benefit of visitors, education and research and we are looking forward to working with them again in the near future.
Boyer are advising Berkeley Homes on the development of Phase 10 at Woodhurst Park.
Boyer secured full planning permission for the change of use of an existing agricultural barn to form a three bedroom detached home in Warfield on behalf of Brookstone Ltd.
