Land at Stamford West, Lincolnshire

Boyer promoted a greenfield site for development through the South Kesteven Core Strategy and Site Allocations Local Plan and subsequently secured an allocation for an urban extension to Stamford to include 400 dwellings, a 10 hectare business park and local centre.

Boyer was then instructed to secure outline planning permission for residential development. Boyer acted as lead consultant and co-ordinated all the community and stakeholder consultation. Boyer also co-ordinated the preparation of an Environmental Impact Assessment to demonstrate that the proposed development would not have an adverse impact on Stamford.

Boyer then successfully secured planning permission, including a reduction in the overall level of employment land to ensure the viability and deliverability of the project.

Boyer continue to work with the Council and LEP to progress funding bids to facilitate the delivery of the employment land.
