In 2018 Boyer achieved Hybrid Consent for a new commercial business park positioned on the outskirts of Woolpit, Suffolk and along the A14 Strategic Corridor. The proposals included three new warehouses and offices to accommodate local businesses and was considered to represent a flagship scheme along this prominent road in Suffolk.
Later in 2020, Boyer achieved a subsequent Reserved Matters consent for the provision of over 3,000 sqm of commercial floorspace to accommodate a new premises on the site for a local haulage company. In conjunction with which, Boyer also obtained a further Outline consent for an additional 6ha expansion to the business park to accommodate further B2 and B8 Uses.
