Boyer's Development Economics team have been instructed by Sutton Council and its regeneration arm, Opportunity Sutton, to analyse three of Sutton’s key industrial locations – Beddington; Kimpton and Imperial Way. Each location has London-wide significance as industrial locations being designated in the London Plan (2015) as Strategic Industrial Locations (SIL). The 3 locations have a combined area of approximately 130ha and are home to over 300 businesses which provide more than 5,000 jobs.

While the Phase 2 report is not expected to be published until the Spring / Summer 2016 Boyer have already used the interim results to help LB of Sutton win £450k of London Mayor Regeneration Funding to help unlock Beddington’s economic potential.
