Boyer, working collaboratively with officers of the London Borough of Wandsworth, achieved planning permission for a 26-storey tower in Wandsworth town centre. The tower is part of a scheme to redevelop surplus space owned by South Thames College and Wandsworth Borough Council for 201 residential apartments, a new library and commercial floorspace. The proposal also required involvement from the Greater London Authority.
The site will come to the market late in 2015 and the proceeds from the sale of the site will go towards new education facilities for the college and maintaining council services
Boyer are advising Berkeley Homes on the development of Phase 10 at Woodhurst Park.
Boyer secured full planning permission for the change of use of an existing agricultural barn to form a three bedroom detached home in Warfield on behalf of Brookstone Ltd.
