Boyer successfully secured planning permission for 14 high quality residential homes in the centre of St Albans at 238 London Road. The development provides 3 family-sized homes with 11 apartments.
The site previously contained a large house, which through the application had approval to be demolished and replaced with the three new houses. The apartment block is to be located at the rear of the site.
Boyer also successfully negotiated planning permission for 6 new homes at 238A.
Boyer worked closely with St Albans City and District Council throughout both applications and undertook negotiations to secure the positive outcomes.
