Acting on behalf of Cavanna Homes, Boyer secured reserved matters approval for 74 No. dwellings in a range of house sizes, styles and tenures. The development also included areas of public open space and landscape and green infrastructure corridors. A full application was also approved in parallel for Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SuDS) works to support the residential development of the site.
Detailed pre-application meetings were held with Teignbridge District Council and Dawlish Town Council to discuss the approach to the application submission and details central to the site’s development such as capacity, access, drainage and layout.
