The reserved matters relate to the appearance, landscaping, layout and scale for 68 market and affordable homes. Proposals integrate the on-site biodiversity features with the surrounding landscape through a carefully designed, landscape-led scheme. Bracknell Forest will benefit from much needed high quality market and affordable housing for which future residents will live harmoniously within the rich landscape on a sustainable brownfield site.
Boyer previously secured outline planning permission for housing at appeal in 2019. The permission included the demolition of the office building which had stood vacant since its development in 2008.
