On behalf of Coffi Lab, Boyer Cardiff have been involved with over 10 separate projects to date to deliver dog friendly coffee shops across the UK.

The retained work ranges from general advice and planning applications including Listed Building Consents addressing all aspects for external and internal alterations, change of use and consent to display advertisements. Coffi Lab aims to open 50 locations by 2027 and Boyer Cardiff are looking forward to aiding in the process of each of these.
Boyer has extensive experience in the hospitality sector to assist our clients to deliver high quality schemes, which seek to maximise their assets.
