This outline approval represented the culmination of over 8 years work on this site, with Boyer initially appointed to promote the site through the Core Strategy and then to submit an outline application, which was approved earlier this year. Through the design evolution process, we have had to work extremely closely with Officers at Gravesham Borough Council; Kent County Council Highways; Design South East and members of the public to address a range of local issues to ensure a positive recommendation.

Since the outline approval, Boyer has provided further support to the developers of the site through reserved matters and discharge of conditions applications to aid the delivery of the site.
