Boyer successfully secured planning permission from the London Borough of Camden for proposals at The Hall School. The proposals involve a once in a generation redevelopment of the site in order to secure the prestigious preparatory school’s future in Camden. Boyer was involved in the  project since inception and oversaw initial pre-application enquiries with Council Officers, and consultation events for both local residents and elected Members. 

The demolition of the school’s ‘Centenary’ and ‘Wathen Hall’ buildings enable the redevelopment of a four storey contemporary building with a glazed link to the original school building and a two storey rear wing extension with a new basement beneath. The basement area will provide flexible hall space suitable for the school’s requirements for sports, play, and theatrical
