Boyer successfully negotiated full planning permission for 21 homes on land which forms part of Amen Corner South, a substantial proposed urban extension to Bracknell. Securing permission was particularly challenging due to the need to overcome design, drainage, arboricultural and viability issues, alongside the need to ensure the comprehensive development of the wider allocation. Boyer led in the preparation of the planning application, post-submission negotiations and agreeing the planning obligations for the S106 Agreement.
