Boyer provided planning consultancy services to Bloor Homes to support the preparation, negotiation and positive determination of a Reserved Matters application for 126 new Homes. The site forms part of the wider Arborfield Garrison Strategic Development Location, for which Boyer have successfully secured a number of planning permissions. Prior to submission, Boyer supported Bloor with the preparation of a pre-application submission to Wokingham Borough Council and worked closely with Officers to secure consent.
