Boyer secured Reserved Matters approval for 83 dwellings on Land at Odiham Road, Riseley on behalf of CALA (Thames). The development provides new homes, including affordable housing as well as open space and play areas. SANG is provided within walking distance of the site. 

The planning permission was the culmination of 10 months of negotiation with the Council and two Parish Councils. The proposals were discussed at Planning Committee and subsequently supported by Members of the Major Sites Committee. The development provides high quality homes which respect and reflect the character of the area. Boyer is delighted to have secured this decision for CALA Homes, and to see this site being built out.
