Boyer negotiated planning permission for 48 homes, allotments and open space on Land at Park Farm, Oakley on behalf of Bewley Homes PLC. The site was allocated within the Oakley and Deane Neighbourhood Plan and benefited from outline planning permission.

Boyer project managed, prepared, submitted and negotiated Reserved Matters applications for Phases 1 and 2 of the development. The first Reserved Matters application enabled the early delivery of the main access road and drainage infrastructure, with the second Reserved Matters delivering the wider residential scheme.

Boyer was then subsequently instructed to discharge the pre-commencement conditions to support an timely start for the construction process.
