The application was submitted on behalf of our client St William Homes LLP and will provide 78 new homes, in a new part four, five and six storey building on a site in close proximity to Borehamwood Town Centre and the railway station. The scheme will regenerate a brownfield site containing a former gasholder.

Our involvement included participating in public consultation events with neighbours and local Ward Councillors, together with undertaking extensive pre application and post-submission consultation and negotiation with the Local Planning Authority. Boyer co-ordinated and steered the application through the planning process, helping to ensure that the client received a quantum of development exceeding the site allocation with the Local Plan policy. The proposals were fully supported and commended by the planning committee.
