Boyer secured full planning permission and listed building consent for the sensitive redevelopment of Sunningdale Park for 268 homes and 103 care community homes, and a new Strategic SANG.  The scheme included the redevelopment of brownfield land in the Green Belt for a mix of houses and apartments for both residential and care community use.  The scheme also included the sensitive conversion of the Grade II listed former Mansion House, plus other curtilage listed buildings including the Dairy, Gardeners’ Cottages, Gardener’s Lodge, North Lodge and South Lodge and the restoration of the Grade II listed Registered Park and Garden.   Boyer prepared the Environmental Statement and the Very Special Circumstances case that accompanied the planning application, advised on stakeholder and community engagement, and led on planning application negotiations with the Local Planning Authority.  Boyer also negotiated a reduced provision of affordable housing through the use of Vacant Building Credits.
