Boyer are advising the prestigious Wellington College on various projects within their large education campus in Berkshire, to support their programme of enhancements, which includes a wide range of new facilities.

Boyer are advising the prestigious Wellington College on various projects within their large education campus in Berkshire, to support their programme of enhancements, which includes a wide range of new facilities. 

Most recently, Boyer have secured full planning permission and listed building consent for the redevelopment of the Old Laundry House and Armoury Cottages for a new 120 bed Boarding House and Boys’ Day House, situated around a landscaped Woodland Quad. 

This proposal includes the demolition of unlisted buildings within the setting of the Grade II and Grade II* Wellington College, and  the provision of sensitively designed high quality buildings which respect the historic location within the woodland setting.  Boyer are also promoting land on behalf of the College for housing through the emerging Bracknell Local Plan.
