Boyer are advising Berkeley Homes on the development of Phases 8, 9 and 10 at Woodhurst Park, Warfield, Berkshire.

Boyer supported Berkeley in the preparation and negotiation of a reserved matters planning permission for 119 homes in Phases 8 and 9 through careful attention to compliance with the outline planning permission and delivery of a high quality landscape-led scheme alongside the River Cut Park.

As Berkeley was able to optimise the use of land at Woodhurst Park within Phases 1-9, Boyer were able to support Berkeley in pursuing a planning application for an additional 40 homes in Phase 10 through a separate full planning application.

The development includes a mix of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed houses and apartments of which 25% in Phase 10 will be affordable.

Boyer advised during the pre-application process, prepared the Planning Statement and Affordable Housing Statement to support the full planning application, and supported Berkeley in post submission negotiations.
