Olivia is a PrincipalPlanner working across Boyer’s Cardiff and Bristol offices working with the team on a range of projects including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Olivia graduated at Cardiff University with a master’s degree (MSc) in Spatial Planning and Development and became a Chartered Member of RTPI in July 2022. Olivia has previously worked within the private sector on a wide range of projects across England and Wales, with experience in co-ordinating and project managing both small and large scale planning applications, land promotions, appeals, and S106 negotiations.
Olivia is an enthusiastic and passionate planner with a drive to deliver all projects effectively and achieving positive outcomes.
