Boyer achieves Planning Consent for Woolbro Group for New Homes in Barnet
Leading planning and design consultancy, Boyer (part of Leaders Romans Group) has secured a planning permission via appeal, on behalf of Woolbro Group. The scheme will provide 20 new homes, including affordable housing, in the London Borough of Barnet.
The 0.2 hectare site on Gruneisen Road currently contains an MOT garage which will be replaced with two high-quality buildings, three and four storeys in height. Three of the 20 homes proposed will be designated as affordable housing. The proposals also seek to retain employment uses on site, through the provision of 460 sqm of office space.
The Woolbro Group is a residential and commercial property developer based in north London which offers a contemporary approach to development and investment.
Arjun Lal, Senior Planner in Boyer’s London office said, ‘We are delighted to have achieved this planning consent on behalf of the Woolbro Group. This is an excellent development which contributes to the delivery of much needed housing and jobs within Barnet.’
In achieving planning success, Boyer worked alongside HTA Architects, Motion (transport consultants), JAW (sustainability consultants), T16 (daylight and sunlight consultants) and DJC on affordable housing.
