Resolution to grant permission for 100 homes
Boyer’s Cardiff Office is delighted to have secured a resolution for outline planning permission for 100 homes at Collaton St Mary, Paignton on behalf of our client, Bloor Homes.
The application was submitted in March 2019 and following negotiations with officers to resolve matters relating to ecology, highways and drainage during the lockdown period, the Council’s planning committee considered the application at its virtual meeting this week.
Boyer, who were originally instructed in 2012, had previously promoted the site for residential development securing allocations in the Torbay Local Plan and the Paignton Neighbourhood Plan.
