Boyer achieved planning permission for the residential redevelopment of a demolition contractors yard located within the Green Belt.   

The proposals for 56 new homes were for a sensitive landscape led redevelopment that involved the delivery of important new market and affordable housing and remediation of a contaminated industrial site.  The development also resulted in ecological benefits and facilitated the removal of HGV traffic resulting in a more appropriate form of development which was considered by the Council not to have any substantial impact on the openness of the Green Belt.
