Boyer successfully achieved reserved matters permission for Linden Homes and Wates Developments for the residential redevelopment at The Frythe, Welwyn to provide a total of 196 new homes including the conversion of The Frythe, a building originally erected in 1846.
The site was allocated within the Welwyn and Hatfield Local Plan as a Major Developed Site within the Green Belt. Following the granting of outline planning permission, Boyer were instructed to project manage the subsequent reserved matters planning applications which were submitted in four phases.
