Since 2012 Boyer has been advising St James Group on three key riverside sites on the Albert Embankment all within the London Borough of Lambeth and the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area.
Boyer secured planning permission for the three adjoining sites previously office buildings, now known as Merano Residence, The Corniche and 22-29 Albert Embankment to deliver a series of new tall buildings creating high quality public realm, new homes and commercial floorspace to help regenerate the embankment. In total, the three schemes deliver over 500 new homes with new buildings ranging in height up to 28 storeys.
