Boyer were instructed by Twickenham Studios and General Projects to prepare and submit an application for the expansion of the Studios, involving the construction of a landmark building to the front of the site for use as co-working office space for the creative industries, the extension of existing buildings on the site and the modernisation of the Film Stages. The Studios is the oldest Studio in London and is the only one inside the M25 with script to screen capabilities. The project involved significant engagement with local residents and Richmond Council with the application being submitted for in early 2021.
