The new community will deliver up to 750 new homes set amidst a unique landscape setting, will bring forward the new ‘Green Valley’ Country Park and provide a network of public open spaces including areas of naturalistic play. Existing public footpaths have been retained in the proposed masterplan, integrated and enhanced to offer wider connectivity to the surrounding area. The masterplan also includes a new Primary School, which is conveniently located close to public transport.
