Ben is an Associate Director in Boyer’s London Office. He is chartered town planner with over 8 years’ experience in the private sector in London.
Ben’s experience is wide-ranging and has largely consisted of a development management role on several projects in London and the wider South East. He is adept at appraising sites, coordinating project teams, preparing & submitting planning applications, and managing schemes through to determination. This work has covered a variety of development sectors, including residential, healthcare, commercial, retail, and renewable energy generation.
Ben has been with Boyer for over 5 years and in this time has worked on schemes throughout London, the Home Counties, Chichester, Lewes, Epsom & Ewell, and Horsham. He is currently project managing several planning applications for both house builders and developers. He plays an important role in reviewing sites and identifying new development opportunities for clients, specifically the redevelopment of previously developed sites and Green Belt development.
