Grant leads Boyer’s London office, which he has been a part of since it opened in 2011.  In that time he has overseen the growth of the office from its original two foundation staff to a team of over 14.

He also brings a wealth of experience in developments of all scales, from bespoke and small-scale high-value developments to medium- and large-scale regeneration projects throughout London.  Grant has commanding experience in residential development, student housing, education and community projects, and commercial developments.

MIXED-USE-REDEVELOPMENT RESIDENTIAL

White City Living

For almost ten years, Boyer has overseen redevelopment proposals at White City Living, a multi-phased, residential-led masterplan development creating 1845 new homes within expansive, world class public open space.

COMMERCIAL

Vauxhall Walk

Boyer secured planning permission for the latest phase of CLS’s award winning Spring Mews estate which consists of offices, a hotel and student accommodation.

LONDON RESIDENTIAL

Tesco and Axis Site, Kennington Lane, London

Boyer’s London office has successfully secured planning permission from the London Borough of Lambeth, for the redevelopment of the Tesco and Axis site at 275 Kennington Lane and 145-149 Vauxhall Street, on behalf of our client Berkeley Homes (Central London) Ltd.

MIXED-USE-REDEVELOPMENT

Merano Residence, The Corniche and 22-29 Albert Embankment, London

​Since 2012 Boyer has been advising St James Group on three key riverside sites on the Albert Embankment all within the London Borough of Lambeth and the Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea Opportunity Area.

MIXED-USE-REDEVELOPMENT

Clockwork Factory, 13 Blackburn Road, London

Boyer submitted a planning application for a comprehensive redevelopment of the site to provide 53 residential units and a 9 storey office building.

RESIDENTIAL

Button House, Pix Farm Lane, Hemel Hempstead

Boyer achieved planning permission for the residential redevelopment of a demolition contractors yard located within the Green Belt.

RESIDENTIAL

Centre House, White City, London

Boyer successfully secured planning permission for this residential-led redevelopment which will create 527 new homes following the demolition of existing commercial buildings within the White City Opportunity Area.
