Grant Leggett

Executive Director, Head of Boyer London

Grant leads Boyer’s London office, which he has been a part of since it opened in 2011.  In that time he has overseen the growth of the office from its original two foundation staff to a team of over 14.

He also brings a wealth of experience in developments of all scales, from bespoke and small-scale high-value developments to medium- and large-scale regeneration projects throughout London.  Grant has commanding experience in residential development, student housing, education and community projects, and commercial developments.

Grant is committed to the success of his clients and his team.  He is passionate about creating a positive can-do working environment and attitude at Boyer London.

Pocket

Boyer has been working with Pocket since 2012 when they embarked on the first round of site acquisitions to fulfil their obligations under the Mayor of London’s Housing Covenant.

Boyer has been successful in securing a unanimous resolution to grant planning permission, subject to s106, from the Hertsmere Borough Council planning committee.

COMMUNITY

South Hampstead Synagogue

Camden Council's Development Control Committee has resolved to grant permission for the redevelopment of the South Hampstead Synagogue.

MIXED-USE-REDEVELOPMENT

Riverlight, Vauxhall

Boyer was engaged by St James Group to assist with a revised planning application and Environmental Impact Assessment, following our team’s work on the original planning application prior to joining Boyer.

MIXED-USE-REDEVELOPMENT

Price’s Candle Factory, Battersea

Boyer has successfully secured a resolution to grant planning permission from the London Borough of Wandsworth’s Planning Applications Committee for the erection of a 25 storey building comprising 136 dwellings, 8,900sqm of B1 and A class floorspace and significant public realm improvements, including a new pedestrianised access to the River Thames.

Plantation Wharf, Battersea

Boyer has been successful in securing a resolution to grant planning permission from the London Borough of Wandsworth’s Planning Applications Committee.

COMMERCIAL

Nine Elms Pier, Battersea

Following on from the success of our work at Tideway Wharf Industrial Estate, Boyer was engaged by St James and Nine Elms Pier Limited to submit an application for redevelopment of Nine Elm Pier adjacent to the Tideway Wharf site.

RESIDENTIAL

Boyer achieves planning success in Blackheath Conservation Area

Boyer was engaged by Berkeley Homes (Eastern Counties) and worked collaboratively with EPR Architects to successfully achieve planning permission from Lewisham's planning committee for 30 new residential units within the Blackheath Conservation Area.
