Carlos is an Associate in Boyer Design and specialises in the design and delivery of large-scale projects in the UK from site promotion to applications and design codes.
Carlos has an Architecture degree from Panama and a Master's in Urban Design from the UCL Bartlett. His background and experience make him well-suited to the coordination of projects where a joined-up approach between architecture and master planning is required. He brings with him extensive experience of projects in both urban and suburban contexts, including visioning, town regeneration, and new communities, working at an AJ100 practice prior to joining Boyer.
Carlos believes in the collaborative nature of masterplanning, while finding essential the early identification of the site's constraints and the design of new communities from a contextual point of view.
